Kendrick Lamar had the highest grossing rap tour of all time in 2022 with an album he barely promoted. He is very popular. He just doesn’t like being famous and he was on a hiatus for 5 years. He has 17 grammies, multiple classic albums that are in the library of congress, he performed at the White House, only rapper with a Pulitzer Prize and he has the biggest song of the year right now.
