15. Max 6 weeks if it’s bad (for her to completely have full Strength, mobility, stability and trust in it) and probably way quicker if it really is rated way less of an ankle twist. With the therapy and state of the art healing equipment I agree with many commenters that she’ll be fine. Her consciousness of her ankles will exponentially grow though for sure so hopefully it’s only a minor twist and she fully heals and has the stability to play without pain and constantly taping

18. Dont ever step with your toes unless youre wide open and noones around you. Step with your heel. After you roll and ankle, itll be stuck in your brain, so try to get it down before you go so fast that you end up slowing yourself down. As you can see here, a little of balance push, on a toe step, could shut you down for lord knows how long.
