I’ve never been able to get anyone to relate the feeling to me of just needing to run sometimes. I’m not a runner by trade or good and it by any means, but since I was a kid I would just need to run sometimes. Like I would die if I didn’t. Thought about being a horse and galloping endlessly with power to shake the Earth in every step; like I was lightning skimming the ground; flying but with force and impact and rage. Idk… this feels like the only safe place I could talk about it, but just that feeling of running till you give out and that’s what life has felt like all the time now. My mind constantly running and worrying and terrified. Wanting to end it but not, wanting to keep going but tired, wanting change but scared at the same time. Trying to see one step ahead so I don’t ruin it all but never trusting the decision I make and left only to reminisce about it in the past tense. Moving on towards the biggest and most engulfing, formidable unknown cliffs with no parachute.
