3. 26:56 lesson learned, with Walls and roof at least, keep clean on a regular basis and the final cleanup will go more smoothly. I have learned this from moving out of apartments. If I do a deep cleaning once a month I didn’t have to fight that caked on stove or greasy wall in the kitchen. I always got my deposit back

Landlords like that are only thinking of themselves and make me sick! You 3 have been amazing and deserve a month off!    1. It’s called a fully repairing lease. I’ve moved twice, Once from a railway arch in 1990 and from a workshop in 2019. Lot’s of sleepless nights and headaches. These days, the landlords want to squeeze the last pound of you. They don’t care that you have been a good tenant, It’s all about money these days.

10. Wow what an absolutely exhausting experience and I guess all the time you were having to answer the phone and try and find the money to meet the end of the week’s wages. It must be soul destroying to have to rip out all that must have been expensive to buy have taken weeks to install. Hopefully you have been able to salvage all that you hoped to retain. Shame that you lost the turntable but at least Emma has some new curtains for the house! I hope that the Arch Company accepted all that you had done was at least the minimum they expected. I had never heard of you until I bought my first EV from you three and a half years ago, I still have the car and not a single fault with it, it remains pristine and not a single dink, dent or scratch. I bought the White Tesla 3 performance with the white interior and FSD and traded in my Nitrous blue Mk3 Focus RS – I still remember your comment – “This is the first time I’ve took a car in as part Ex that’s cleaner than the car I’m sending out” I am a bit OCD with my cars.
