This is a bittersweet experience cause there are not a lot of Puerto Ricans in Colorado. So I really hope this food truck gets the success that they deserve. Cause PR’s are often marginalized.
Junkyard in Lancaster, OR 13:04, is on the way for me to Oregon Country Fair. When I drive down from Portland I’m gunning for my camping spot but on the way home? I looked at their menu and I see a couple of burgers I really wanna try.
8/10….

Best food truck meal I had was in central NJ at a rock show that had a bunch of food trucks there. This dude made a huge burger that was topped with fresh cheddar, a nice slabby strip of bacon, a fried egg and his own house made sauce. Messiest and most succulent burger I’ve ever had.
