  1. CAN I DO THIS WORKOUT IF I HAVE LOWER BACK PAIN? I am way too obese and am 24. btw your biggest fan Jeanette (from Pakistan). In 2020, I lost 26kgs thanks to Jeanette Jenkins and one other trainer but gained it all back due to some issues. In fact gained even more and this time I have lower back pain as well. The gap decreased coz of me being overweight ig. PLEASE GUIDE ME IF I CAN DO THIS. I REALLY WANT TO. @PS Fit
