People call rhem murderers and this may be true but what would you do if it was done to you? 35 yrs of their lives served, and some of us are still dealing with the trauma of molestation
For those confused and not understanding how it could be manslaughter, well, because it is literally manslaughter. Voluntary manslaughter is the unlawful killing of another person in the heat of passion or due to provocation. It’s a third-degree felony, which is one step below murder To be convicted of voluntary manslaughter, the prosecutor must prove that the defendant: Was provoked, Reacted emotionally with impaired judgment, Lost control of themselves, and A reasonable person would have acted rashly in the same situation. Sure, they did the wrong thing in a legal sense and some can argue in a moral sense (I believe it was legally wrong and a crime was indeed committed and we can not dismiss that, but I don’t think they were morally wrong). Far worse than what they did is what their parents did to them their entire lives. The brothers are victims. They were victims of their parents and victims of the system and a miscarriage of justice.
Judge Judy does NOT approve of their release. I’ll stick with her judgement.
