Self acceptance is key. Too many people (read: women) seek outside validation. They touch on the male ‘idealized version’ of a female body (read: under 40-50) but women are also guilty of trying to live up to such unnatural standards. Let us age, naturally and gracefully vs. synthetically/manufactured. Let’s change the dynamics. Embrace yourself ladies, ‘flaws’ and all.
