Terrifying Devil Monkey Stalks Children! | These Woods Are Haunted | Travel Channel

Suzanne and her family wanted to escape city life and build an idyllic home in the woods of Adam’s County, Ohio. However, the quiet serenity they hoped for was broken when her son Joe came face to face with a terrifying ape-like creature that they called the “Devil Monkey.” Joe’s father initially brushed off what Joe saw as fantasy, but two years later, it attacked again. This time, their horse was attacked by a huge creature that left bloody claw marks running down its hind. With the evidence becoming hard to ignore, their dream of living a peaceful life in nature soon became a nightmare.

  1. Somehow the picture he drew was scarier than the costume they used to recreate what happened.
That just makes this 10 times scarier

  2. We have discovered millions of creatures but we have barely scratched the surface of what is out there in the past the present and the future we will keep on discovering new species but perhaps some are best unknown for the good of us and what ever lurks in the wild

  3. And of course they took pictures because you know this is not 1990s this is when we had iPhones with cameras and cell phones with cameras, and do you think I’m going to believe it😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

    1. I don’t remember that at all
I remember when they did start adding cameras to cell phones in like the early 2000s but even then the resolution was awful and used like 3 pixels lol potato

  4. The wounds on the hindquarters of the horse are *very* characteristic of those caused by mountain lions. The usual target is deer – mountain lions will climb a tree and then jump on the backs of deer that are bedding down underneath. Occasionally one will make the mistake of jumping a horse – but the horse will automatically kick the hell out of any lion that tries it. As to the thing in the tree at the start of the story? Who knows what it was.
