Taryn Manning sparked concern as she ditched her shirt and bra for a private fashion show and several social media videos. The “Orange Is the New Black” actress modeled a floral strapless dress made by Lennard Taylor Design at a private home event called Canada Loves Palm Springs: A Celebration of Art, Fashion & Friendship in Palm Springs, Calif., according to a video posted on her Instagram Story.
In the clip, Manning turned her back to the audience, then pulled her floral dress down to her waist, making it into a floor-length skirt.
