Where SAS went wrong, as it relates to the whole Lebron and Bronny thing, is when he said three little words “as a father.” Right then, it became personal and NOT about basketball. If SAS, had said, “Lebron, as the leader of the basketball team, you gotta say something about this.” Then it’s a totally different conversation. You call me out “as a father”, I’m going to respond like one. You call me out, “as a basketball player”, I’m going to respond like one. Which means, I may say nothing. SAS been saying stuff about Lebron, the basketball player, for years. Lebron ain’t said much to him about it. So why do you think it’s different THIS time? Its pretty obvious to me. It was obvious to SAS too immediately after, if he was being honest. That’s why he said, on FT the very next time the show aired, the person that approached him at Crypto, wasn’t Lebron James the basketball player. It was Lebron James the father. NOW he’s not mentioning that part in his story when he talks about it because of the optics. I respect SAS, but he on some 🤡 💩 for this.
