Did you brush your teeth today? IIT-BHU Alumnus, Saurabh Bothra opens his TEDx Youth talk with a seemingly simple question. Mr. Bothra speaks about the value of being consistent while developing a habit, drawing examples from his personal life, namely, his journey of becoming a renowned yoga instructor.
