Taping on “Britain’s Got Talent” has been postponed after the passing of One Direction star Liam Payne. Simon Cowell, who created the show and serves as a judge, has a long history with the singer having played a role in the creation of the boy band that made Liam a household name. Auditions that were planned for the show in Blackpool, England, on Oct. 17 were postponed after news of Payne’s death. The 31-year-old died the previous day after falling from a hotel balcony in Argentina.
