After rings incident I’d rather get something else

My eufy wired dual Doorbell broke the day after the 1 year warranty was up and they said “well we cant help you” and hung up on me, f*** them
My Eufy stopped working after a few weeks. They refunded me thankfully. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Looking for new options now

I have 3 ring doorbell cameras two of them stop working and went offline . Ring is good when they work but mine didn’t last over 2 years.
Nest records 24/7
Ring only records events, which sometimes are missed. I’ve had both and I prefer Nest
My Nest doesn’t record 24 hrs. When I click on the video, it freezes all the time
Also the Best has no subscription so everything is available upon purchase, whereas most only have advanced options locked behind a paywall
Ring misses a lot of events. That’s why I’m currently looking for better alteenatives.
I have a Ring and Nest doorbell, and the RING doorbell works way better . The Nest doorbell is annoying and is not as friendly and is too many steps to follow

How is Ring a budget?

I started off with Nest almost 10 years ago. Currently running 2x outdoor cams, 1 outdoor cam inside (gift from son and Doorbell cam. User friendly, no problems. I pay extra to save 90 days. I was even able to stop Alexa (in Miami) from blasting music my parrot told her to play, while I was in Dallas, using the speaker. Also Alexa compatable, so I can check cams just by asking her.
If it does not have 4K resolution with extremely good auto don’t waste your money.
I don’t even have a doorbell. They serve no purpose to me.
Nest UI is absolute trash

Caution, Ring just did a contract with the government to provide surveillance to the government through your own ring doorbell, and other devices. Don’t trust me. Do your own research and then decide what you wanna do. I don’t want to be surveyed and have to pay for the service on top of it frankly.
With Ring, you agree that Ring can turn over your doorbell video to Law Enforcement, no warrant required, LE just asks for it.
i had nest its not a good camera, if you dont have a paid subscribtion you might as well not have it
