“Mighty Ducks” star Shaun Weiss is begging fans to stop chasing down troubled Nickelodeon child star Tylor Chase on the streets for Instagram selfies, saying it’s hurting their ability to get him the help he needs.
Chase, 36, best known for his role on “Ned’s Declassified School Survival Guide,” is back out on the streets in Riverside, Calif., after he entered a rehab facility on a 72-hour involuntary psychiatric hold last week, Weiss said in an update on the heartbreaking situation on Monday.
Weiss and others, including local influencer Jake Harris, have been doing all they can to get Chase into a mental health and rehabilitation center, but the actor said “Tylor has to want to go to treatment” first.
