Is every other college player going to get this opportunity to get drafted even though they suck!! How fair is this really?
It’s not fair, it’s business. Lakers want to sell seats as a human-interest story and make sure LeBron re-signs. Check. Gives them cover for hiring JJ Redick because this is worse than that. Check. Ratings go up: half want to see Bronny choke, half want to see Bronny make the All-Star team. It’s all sales and neoptism…nothing is supposed to be fair unfortunately. It’s supposed to generate income for the NBA, LeBron, his agent and whoever else gate-keeps there.
