Christopher Austin, co-defendant with convicted murderer Robert Baker, testified that he was paid in gold coins for the murder of Fabio Sementilli. Austin also testified that Baker had promised him a cut of insurance money after the hit was done. Monica Sementilli is accused of plotting the murder of Fabio to get insurance money from his death.

    Austin should have only been indited for malicious wounding as he did not murder Fabio Sementilli, Baker stabbed Fabio Sementilli several times causing his death.

    Bottom line- the defendant Monica was sneakily sending love calls to her husbands killer do no other testimony is necessary!!
