Some of these are not deepfake, they are deepshit.
Imagine Corporates controlling dummy presidents with deepfakes in 100 years
No one is taking this seriously. If this developed further, how could you trust any video in the future? Tech like this is actually pretty dangerous.

I hate the word AI. There’s nothing intelligent about it. It’s just algorithms. The only intelligence is human intelligence and until we understand how that works, we won’t be able to simulate it!
Step 1: Coin the term “Deep Fake” and market to the masses
Step 2: Incriminating video surfaces of powerful leader involved in criminal activity
Step 3: Powerful Leader claims it is a “Deep Fake”
Step 4: Powerful leader evades responsibility for the crime under the guise of it being a “Deep Fake”
the credibility of evidence will definitely start to be questioned more in court now
Why would a person create this. I don’t see any goods can come to this? I can only see criminal using this only.
