This music video is so beautiful. The car serves as a representation of people driving away from their responsibilities. Ravyn’s inner child is left abandoned by her father. The boyfriend with similar tatoos is just as toxic as her relationship with her father growing up, both driving her to places she does not want to go and make her cry. When you are the one with the wheel in your hands, you have the most power over the people riding with you. In the end, the only way to escape the cycle of sadness is to drive yourself to the places you want to go and take care of your inner child while doing it.
