PGA Tour golfers have ‘concerns’ about proposed changes in 2026 | Golf Today | Golf Channel

I think they should keep the Monday qualifiers but for the guys that have cards that are not in an event
The PGA Tour just continues to deteriorate as they try to save money. Smaller fields, larger purses they can’t afford- the PGA Tour continues to alienate more and more fans in their battle against LIV. It didn’t have to go down like this.
There will be 10 players, 20 Events, and no viewers for the PGA Tour by 2040 lol
they need to penatlize players that play slow. They dont have the spine to do it. I remember 1 time JB Holmes play so slow it was painfully obvious. He wasnt penatized cause god forbid they pentalize a pga tour. Brentley wrote a good article I would read it. He realized it at a good time this week is stage 2 of DPWT Qualifying and 1 American said whats so good about playing on the DP world tour. Im already 7,000 in the hole and havent hit a shot.
Monday qualifiers gave players like Patrick Reed an avenue to ‘play’ their way onto the tour.
