    1. No, it’s Western propaganda. They do live pretty chill lives though, but they don’t have the most centenarians in the world and they don’t eat the way media portrays it, not even close to that.

  1. Dr. Katz makes nutrition feel so approachable! I started using Dietornia and lost 12lbs in just 4 weeks. It feels great to take control of my health!

  2. Saying keto “starves the brain” isn’t really true. The brain usually runs on glucose, but when carbs are low it switches to ketones without any problem. Ketones can cover most of the brain’s energy needs, and the small amount of glucose the brain still needs is made by your body anyway. So nothing is actually being deprived.

Ketones aren’t some emergency fuel either… they cross into the brain easily and they’re very efficient and hat’s why keto has been used for decades for epilepsy and is being researched for other brain-related matter.

Most people who feel bad on keto are dealing with electrolytes or just eating a low-quality version of the diet, not because their brain is “starving.”

  3. 12:04 that may be true, but plant food doesn’t have it in the optimal ratio (with one or two exceptions), while animal foods usually have the optimal ratio.

  4. 5:00 wrong that’s type 1 diabetes, type 2 is insulin resistance, type 1 is when you don’t make enough or none at all, I think you know that though, it’s just poorly worded.

  5. I am 65 and believe in protein supplement and exercise and wightlifting. My son is 35 and hounds me about it. Hes a reddit nut and is being brainwashed into men looking like women. Our enemies are doing this. Men were the hunter gathers for the women to produce healthy children. I feel bad for young people. They have been socially brainwashed.

  6. When I first started eating healthy i was fruit heavy, veg only medium. Now im veg HEAVY andddd fruit. Not so much.

Also seafood as a primary source of protien is a common theme in those blue areas!!!! Its just so happens, I am pescatarian…. ayyyy
