Unless he is found guilty of the felony DV charge than he won’t get one cent. I am not sure how custody works in California but their son saw everything based on the reports. If she is smart she will take the child to a Pediatric therapist just to make sure Mateo is doing well. He may not understand what happened but children do understand conflict even if they can’t communicate it with you. Therapist will know. It works for the children.
