Niall Horan says he is “absolutely devastated” as he breaks his silence on the death of his former One Direction bandmate Liam Payne. Horan is also recalling the last time he saw him earlier this month after Liam traveled to Argentina to attend one of his concerts. “I feel so fortunate that I got to see him recently. I sadly didn’t know that after saying goodbye and hugging him that evening, I would be saying goodbye forever,” wrote Niall about their final interaction. Payne died in Argentina a few weeks later after suffering a fall from his hotel balcony in Argentina.
