Katrina hit as a Cat 3, not 5.
@@tazjammer Yes, it did hit as a Cat 3, but just before it hit, it was an EXCEPTIONALLY LARGE Cat 5 with a wind speed of 160 mph and it stretched 200 miles each way from its center.
Lifestyles of the -rich and famous- torture killers.

I’ve heard of this guy, but the other serial killers operating in Louisiana at that time had much more spotlight on them. It’s so sad LE seems not to care about the homeless, prostitutes and drug addicts. Their lives matter!!
I’m sry but Ricki sounds like an accomplice from the bayou blue documentary… He knew an awful lot and looked like something eating him up… idk just my feeling
Stop making things racist when they aren’t
Well, his sis had him live in a camper in the yard, eh. So they didn’t get along, but she tolerated him because of duty. That must have made him feel even more unloved? I mean, it was probably his choice; he didn’t wanna follow house rules; but he couldn’t have gotten away with as much if he had to pass through the living room/kitchen/DR, before her eyes. It may have been his choice, but I bet something is wrong with him, like he’s schizotypal, and should have had a personal care assistant or some kind of diagnosis to help him, like meds. He was a pitiful character before he became a monster; obviously he needed help and TLC. I thought it was a terrible deal, go to trial and face death penalty or go to Angola for life w/o parole, where he will be raped repeatedly. He should have gone to trial. So cowardly! So discouraged that he didn’t think a defense team could have saved him from death. They may have been able to do so, if they portrayed him as severely mentally ill. And you can’t appeal a plea deal, where you can always appeal the death penalty, and you have chances of escaping due to technicalities, etc.
