Kate Middleton has finally broken her silence and revealed that she is battling cancer. Following heightened media scrutiny and a flurry of conspiracy theories over her health and whereabouts after not being seen since the end of last year and a January statement from the Palace saying that the Princess was recovering from a planned abdominal surgery. The Princess revealed the shocking news herself in a video message.
