Jason Kelce was filmed smashing a Penn State student’s phone to the ground Saturday after a heckler dissed his brother for dating Taylor Swift.
“Kelce — how does it feel that your brother is a f—-t for dating Taylor Swift?” a troll could be heard yelling in the background of a video shared on social media.
Immediately after, the former Philadelphia Eagles center turned around and slammed a phone to the ground. The phone appeared to belong to someone standing directly behind him.
Jason then turned back around and walked away with a serious look on his face.

THE LAW IS STRICTLY ON THE SIDE OF THE PENN STATE STUDENT..!!!! Damage to personal property. Battery. Violent aggressive behavior. Nobody has the right to behave in such a violent way over a ‘few words” . . . . . . .
NOW THE STUDENT HAS A LOCK-TIGHT LAWSUIT ON HIS HANDS.! He should sue for $5 million + punitive
You clearly have zero clue what you are talking about if you think that suing for $5 million for a broken cellphone wouldn’t already include punitive damages.
@FLeigh12 you can’t just sue for whatever number you want. Yes jason should pay for a new phone. But this student is about to face a lot more trouble, hate speech at a college sponsored event basically means he is kicked out of school, as Penn has a zero tolerance policy for that. And future employers will be able to see his views and not want to hire him. Student wrecked his life.
Lets go Kelsey
Saved by swift no doubt for damage control. What makes him so special? Why is he not getting prosecuted??! If your famous and trendy i guess a person can do whatever they want
I don’t care what you think of Travis or Taylor. The guy insulted a member of his family. He’s lucky it was just his phone.
