I loved this video so much, it was interesting to see how the child and expert explanations were so similar. Like in amount of words used. Like as a kid it’s intuitive and then as you go through adolescence it becomes more cerebral and then when you graduate to expertise it becomes more intuitive again.❤
Absolutely loved the conversation w the professional. Super eye opening and you can see the moment when the professional gets surprised and starts to really enjoy talking abt harmony, which can be such a basic concept at the start. You think you know what to expect in a simple conversation abt harmony, but then you remember how deep it can go and it’s really intriguing.
I thought they were going to play amazing grace…
here’s an example of harmony in magnetism? the astrologers language. in the chinese horoscope there is 60 different years in 12 year increments. when someone is born the planets where is a certain position that gave the physical body it’s harmonious vibration, after 6 years they are in their opposite of their harmonious vibration, the planets cause anything one does seem not to go anywhere, not in harmony with the magnetism of all the planets and stars etc… ask any police officer and ambulance drivers what they think of the magnetism of the moon when it is full?
Little Mozart explains his world… 😁👍
i would record collier & hancock sitting there and noodling like that for 40 minutes and it would win several grammys.
Not that many people can start a sentence with, “When I was playing with Miles Davis”
What a legend!
You know when a OCD chef reimagine a good dish by pouring more and more ingredients and decorations on it and serving it on lush tableware? Well, that’s it.
If Jacon was a film maker he’d be a director who uses every lens filter, every dolly move, every CGI effect…in a movie with absolutely no plot.
The idea and the realisation of this video are both awesome 😎 I enjoy this video a lot 😊 🎶🎵
“I’m a genius, trust me”
why does he need to explain this to a music student ?
The guy is a fake, talks a lot of hot air hoping to sound like a genius.
This man is a rainbow to the rest of the world’s rainstorm.
Absolutely beautiful
Alternate title: Nerds and Nords
This was the world I wished to be part of after years of singing and playing instruments. I understand but found level 5 just out of my reach. I wish….

Herbie is just the real thing. He is really channeling the source while Jacob is mainly using his intellect.
Herbie: right, right, right, right! that’s all true jazz musicians ever had to say to each other……..
