Just looking at the results of this video, 35W charged a lot faster than 20W in the 0-50%, but ended up taking the same amount of time because of the slow down at 80% and because of the 10 minute check. And I personally only use my fast chargers when I have very little time to plug my phone and need a quick charge as fast as possible, so the 0-100% time is not that important
