Im a delivery driver and it seems like half the time these fancy doorbells don’t even work…
Maybe because most people think “It’s super easy to install” then they end up doing it wrong.
We’ve been really happy with it so far (~ 1 month use). Haven’t had an issue with it yet 🙂

I have the same doorbell cam it works great but you have to follow the instructions on installing it!

Why the battery is out of juice after connecting the wires?
Do you have to remove this to charge it or does it keep a charge from the existing wires?
I just installed one. Mine didn’t have a battery and is powered by the existing wire. I also needed to use the included jumper wire on the inside chime so that the video doorbell can have enough power.
So if u wire it to ur existing chime, it’ll ding in the house and go to ur phone if someone rings it?
Yes, it comes with a jumper for your existing chime. It’s super easy to install and with instructions on how to do it. Your chime will ring and you will get a notification on your phone as well.
