Amazing!
Very often found in third world countries charity via NGO has ended with a political turmoil i.e.there is some hidden agendum.
This is you fast Fire specific Your voice….
Great presentation but she didnt really hit the nail on the head as regards what metrics ought to be used to measure a charity’s impact
In your opinion, what metrics would be used?
Do you measure what you intend beforehand and you meet that measurement if it occurs? How would you measure unintended positive consequences, given that it’s impossible to tell beforehand if that will happen or not?
A list of charities that meet her criteria would be a useful accompaniment to this talk because in my cynical opinion we’re all not going to jump out of our seats and do our own thorough investigations and anything that can save time is always more likely to produce the desired outcome!
Why not, why is it on this person?
@@Johannablaise Because I’m a realist . She likely cares more than the rest of us and is trying to convince us to care . This will be more achievable the easier she makes it for us .Most of us have limited attention spans and emotional bandwidth and are inundated by a lot of Ted talkers competing for our attention and making urgent pitches.
