9. Technoblade is and probably always will be the only minecraft youtuber who I genuinely think was a good person and have cried over. He died so young man; watching this just made me cry all over again. I hope his family was able to find solace after all this time.

Mattpat was a genuinely kind and caring guy and while I was already out of school and an adult when he started game theory he was like a Bill Nye or Mr Rodgers for my nephew’s generation and now he gets to go and spend more time with his own family. I remember taking my nephew to meet him and my nephew gave him some FNAF sketches he made and it really looked like Matt was so excited by it that he was about to cry a bit he did it with everyone who brought him stuff like he still couldn’t comprehend that so many people looked up to him

16. The Technoblade stuff really got me.

    Something no one really mentions, unless you’re a bedrock player (or played Xbox 360) is on the Bedrock version of Minecraft, you could get the phrase “Technoblade never dies”, but they oddly took it away. On my old Xbox 360 the last Minecraft update was October 2018 also known as 1.13.2. According to Techno his phrase “Technoblade never dies” started around 2017. So on my old Xbox the splash text would sometimes say “Technoblade never dies” which confused me seeing as at the time I was unaware of who Technoblade was. And regret not getting into him sooner.

    They added it back after his passing, but it was only, as far as I’ve seen, on the Java version which I wish it wasn’t. I wish it was on both. I also wish they’d add back the pig with crown. Techno was such a large part of the minecraft community and his videos got me back into minecraft, still bedrock on the Xbox One.
