If I were an NFL team, I would make a clause in Wide ReceiverTight EndRunning BackHalf BackPunt Return Contracts that states:
Provision: *If no defenders are within 5 yards of you, and you willingly and negligently drop the ball within one yard of the goalline, after running with full ball possession for at least 5 yards; if you should drop the ball and it should result in a touchback or recovery by the other team; you shall immediately be penalized half of the sum of your total contract, regardless of how long the contract is or how much it is for*
