eventually up and down on Sunset blvd will be residential
If the owners cared about the property, it would have been maintained. They were glad to see it burn down, in my opinion.
I saw a YouTuber’s video about this that included footage of the firefighters battling the blaze during the night. What struck me is that they already had a big backhoe there tearing down the building WHILE THE FIRE WAS STILL GOING. They claimed it was for “safety,” but it’s very odd that they were able to find a backhoe and get it on site in the middle of the night. Seems a little too convenient, if you know what I mean.

A fire takes place???? Homeless burned it down! 😡
Putting on my Tin Foil Hat 🎩 I hear the property is valuable and is going to become a parking lot to a new high rise condo or something 😅 Also easy for homeless to create an accidental fire 🔥
The city is complicit. They knew this was going to happen once the zombies overtook the property.
Some squatter dropped their crack pipe while it was still lit and it burned the whole thing down
So a fire is the natural expectation for an abandoned structure in Follywood! Huh!! Who knew!
