It is the Pan African/American flag. It uses the Pan African flag colors to combine with the American flag. It’s called “Untitled.”

Also the blue and pink balloons on the chair reference either his own kids or more likely to Adonis and his sister.
The candle memorial is for Drake because, you know he got put down. Like a dog.
