@YellowBluStripz2874 Every object has weight, so if you don’t want to purchase dumbbells (they’re rather cheap these days, about $/lb) there are objects around the house, soupcans being a good example. You can get a rough idea of the weight by the listed amount of grams (though I think this is just the weight of good, it would be slightly more including the metal). If you have a light food scale you can also weigh that way.
Experiment with pretty much everything.
The rowing movement she shows moves from working the lats > teres major > posterior deltoid, I’m not sure which of these would be ‘bra strap’, but I hope she’s talking about building the muscle and not some kind of spot isolation silliness.
It kinda freaks me out how the veins popped out. O.o
