20. Unless it’s raining or storming or something. We make excuses for the rude behavior of our young people and it’s going to get them hurt. He didn’t hit the window that hard. I also think it was an over reaction on some officers. When you are guilty of speeding or any traffic violation just cooperate so the process can go smoothly. Help our young men and women to know your rights but conduct yourself respectfully.
