go to the setting on your cam and find ‘white balance’ you will find that even WHITE will turn into pale blue at one setting!!
Just found this. They use the wrong picture here though, it actually has a reddish bit in there, which you can see if you just cut out a bit with snipping tool and zoom in.
You’re correct, the second picture they show in the video (at 0:30) of the strawberries is slightly edited, not the first one where the guy overlays a bit of the picture though, this looks to be the correct one.
They are actually slightly red. I just zoomed in my iPad and saw the red color areas. I don’t know what is he trying to prove here.

It’s neither happening in ur eyes nor in ur brain. It happens in ur mind. 😊
being red/green color blind many times i will see something and not be sure what the color is until my brain decides and the object will change color. I know stop signs are red but at first glance they could be green or brown and if you just cut out a square and showed me i might guess that. Knowing a stop sign is red if i focus on the sign it will literally morph to look red. That being said the green light on a traffic light always looks like a white light and calling it green I think ya’ll are just messing with me.
I saw the dress as both. In fact I saw the color change in my eyes. That was a very weird feeling. When I saw it as black and blue it was very deep blue, not faint. I thought those who saw gold and white were joking. Now I see only gold and white despite knowing that it is actually black and blue.
We generally see red as a color of danger whereas blue and green are calming so it would be logical to think they see them in similar way.
Here’s a conundrum –
Is the colour what humans see, the real colour?
Is colour itself just an illusion of what the human brain percieves?
Is everything in black & white, but the human brain has evolved to see spectrums which other species cannot?
A colour blind person, seeing in colour for the first time, may see colour, but not know what colour they are seeing.
the dress illusion is related to dilation of pupil
stare at a light bulb then the dress and it will look golden close your eyes for a min and it will look blue

Very interesting, but two full length ads every one minute of your video made it not worth watching.
So your science is telling us strawberries aren’t red. Sounds more like religious dogmatism to me.
