For the Nikki Glaser-hosted ceremony, Kylie donned a metallic silver gown, which she paired with a high pony and Lorraine Schwartz Jewelry. Though Kylie didn’t walk alongside her boyfriend of three years on the red carpet, they pair reunited inside the Beverly Hilton, where E! News’ exclusive video showed the the two sharing a kiss as they arrived at their table.
