Hoping Martin will finish the story (although unlikely) and that it will end with a Ragnarök end and renewal of the world for the next cycle.
Some of Martin’s “children” took it to the next level: they swapped race ‘cos gender was too mundane already.
George has given up on finishing the winds of winter.
Tolkien has released more work than Martin has in the last twelve years. Let that sink in. Also he has never finished a series. Not one. He starts them but he can’t finish cause he is not that talented. He went too far and got too convoluted with t the story and characters that he got lost and can’t bring it back.
“Took the show away” is a fun y way to say “I sold out my books I was never going to finish anyways” what a loser.

From what I’ve heard, season 2 was cut short because of budget. The scripts went for 2 more episodes but they didn’t have the budget to film more episodes. Also HBO/Warner has been bought and sold 3 times in the last 15 years. They are all chaos but people keep jumping off the ladder 😆
Recasting Jon Snow could work. Maybe they look for a 6 feet actor this time.
