London saw its largest fundraising concert for Palestinians with the “Together for Palestine” concert at Wembley Arena. For British actor Riz Ahmed, who opened the ceremony with host Guz Khan, the fundraiser concert “marks a cultural watershed” and “the mainstreaming of this justice movement.” Among other performers was British popstar Paloma Faith, who urged people to not be silent anymore when “we are livestreaming a genocide on the palm of our hands.”
