  1. Psychiatry is a big dangerous multibillion dollars Scam. Never speak to a psychiatrist if you care a single instant about your well-being.

  2. … I’ve discovered I had ADHD because of the algorithms on Facebook and YouTube. I mean, it sparks the doubts and questioning… and after 2-3 years doubting and having increasingly harder time, I consulted and indeed, I was diagnosed. Soooo… 😅 yeah, often it is bul**hit but I’ve talked with quite alot of people that also discovered they had ADHD because of stupid memes so… in case of doubts, do more research and talk to a specialist. 😅

  3. My father had ADHD, 3/4 of his kids do… 5/7 of his grandchildren do and the two that haven’t been diagnosed are under 10. I was the first female under 15 to be diagnosed with ADHD in my state back in the 90’s 🫡

  4. after i did exposure therapy in a residential setting, I’ve used it on my own to overcome most (illogical) aversions. improvise adapt overcome!

  5. 8:50 -for those who doubt the guys credentials, and therefore doubt the information he’s providing.

This piece is factual. my wife has and still occasionally does have regular panic/anxiety attacks, and doing this one trick, has helped her calm down and be able to stop hyperventilating on multiple occasions. Grounding is extremely useful

We always go through the same questions. Who am I, who are you, where are we, what are we doing, is it day or night, what color is the wall/ceiling?
