  1. Ok, if dinos were wiped out in a matter of hours or days how do we make sense of still having birds today which are technically dinosaurs? Or am I not understanding the parameters to technically be a dinosaur.

  2. “Why did the early mammals and birds not become extinct” There is also some speculation that mammals survived because they could chew their food. It’s a complex thing to do, but it breaks up what food you can find (in the decade long winter that foolowed the impact) much more effectively than the dinosaur “Rip it off and swallow” technique would have. Given the lack of food an omniverous diet combined with chewing food well could easily convey a survival advantage when everything still alive is working on the same scraps …
It’s probably no coincidence that mammals and rhynchocephalians came through pretty well but everything that was big (and needed considerable food as a result) or that was unable to chew pretty much died out.

  3. Thank you for almost 16 full minutes of pure curiosity and knowledge. I could listen to hours and hours of this and I wouldn’t get tired

  4. When talking about what jurassic park movie was get wrong esteemed paleontologist forgot to mention that, as we know now, almost all dinosaurs had feathers.

  5. Whoever selected these questions needs to be fired immediately… What’s some uneducated absolutely illiterate trashoids provided these thoughts abortions?!!!

  6. “Fossils aren’t real”
Meanwhile humans having a skeleton, elephants having it too, and it happens when there is no organs left after we go extinct
