  1. But they do run out of space – that’s why you pay into a perpetual care fund when you purchase a grave! So no more abandoned cemeteries

  2. Can you stay alive and move to sweden until I die? You seem like the type of person I’d like to handle me and my funeral when i kick it in the afterlife!

  3. 6:30 okay you are absolutely correct!

My Poppy died when I was in 4th grade and at his funeral I asked if I could have some scissors to take a little clip of his hair. And everybody made me feel stupid for asking. Asking me “why would you want to cut his hair?!” All stank Like it was the weirdest thing in the world.

I just assumed that it must have actually been a weird inappropriate question based on everyone’s reactions so I just said never mind and kind of folded into myself.

But I regret that so much now. It’s been 20 years and I still miss my Poppy so much and remember him sooo so much. I would have treasured a bit of his hair.

Lol so he was a mechanic. And he would be working on a car just absolutely covered in grease. And still would pull his comb out of his pocket and run it through his hair, never leaving a strand out of place.

  4. 4:02 not a common grave, the relatives have rights, you can bury the remainings again, have’em putted in a small niche at the cemetery, cremate’em,and so on

  5. My dad used to tell me about ole’ Doc S.’s wife crashing funerals. When he passed away in April, there was a lady in the family room that I didn’t know enjoying our few sweets and sandwiches that we had sitting out. A few days later it occurred to me. Doc’s wife. I hadn’t seen her since I was a young kid … but I somehow felt honored that she took time out of her day to crash dad’s memorial.

  6. My family owns funeral homes and i remember being 12/13 and my dad and grandfather were discussing who planned to go into a particular tomb lol. We talked about funeral planning often growing up

  7. lol all these different options. when I log off, I don’t care if you chuck me in a dumpster or take me 10 miles off the coast and tip me over, as long as I’m dead first, who cares?

  8. Actually some places you are not allowed to spread Ashes like Disney Land but interesting fact the Haunted Mansion is the most common place, due to its spooky theme and the desire to have loved ones “haunt” the park, with other popular spots including flowerbeds, water rides like Pirates of the Caribbean, and “It’s a Small World,” its strictly forbidden and leads to ride shutdowns and guest removal if discovered.

  9. The question at 14:18 really annoys me. I feel like it’s really not that hard to be respectful and a good person, especially when it comes to the dead. You’d only be pulled over for like five minutes MAX, if that even, and it’s such a small part of your day while it’s a huge event for that family. I think the way that person worded their question could have been better, it just came off really disrespectful to me.

  10. 100% agree on the dont tell your kids ‘___went in his sleep.” I developed severe panic attacks at 7 years old because i was told this. I genuinely thought I was going to die in my sleep. It took good couple of years for me stop having them.
