Note toward the Doxxing answer– seems over the past few years we’ve climbed up to 7 states with laws making Doxxing, in some or all capacity, illegal. No federal law, though.
So Devin has STILL not looked at Luigi’s case. Don’t tell him to comment on things he hasn’t looked at for months. If he had, he would know that here is no “mountain of evidence”. The prosecution is stalling all they can because they don’t have a case.
So what is Devin’s take on how the Miranda rights were violated in Luigi’s case? (Let me guess, he doesn’t know about that because he hasn’t looked at the case for months).
The extent to which Luigi Mangioni’s looks are playing into the public opinion about him speaks volumes about how flawed the jury system is in 21st century America.

No lawyers are impartial
The fact that the president can’t pardon in cases of impeachment implies he CAN pardon himself, but the pardon can’t affect impeachment procedings. So he can pardon himself as much as he can pardon anyone. It’s useful considering how certain people decided to weaponize the justice system againt their political opponents.
