  1. Do you know how to hard reset this doorbell. I changed WiFi due to moving and I can’t get it to connect.

  2. I have attempted numerous times (completely following instructions) and I keep getting the same audio message, “cannot connect to WiFi.” Any suggestions?

    1. If your router is dual band, you might want to turn off the 5GHz band temporarily to connect it initially. This doorbell cam only connects to 2.4 GHz.

  3. Hello, i have this e340 delivered to me in a few days. I want to use it wired. I have 12v going to my old doorbell so that’s ok i guess. However, i want to use my 2 oldschool chimes (1 in the hall and 1 in the kitchen, both type dingdong). Do i have to put some extra wires in both units to bridge something or not please? That part i don’t understand…
I will use this without homebase.
    Thanks 😉

  4. i wish there was a way to always announce it is recording as soon as a person is detected. the package feature is nice, but I’ve only found a loitering option where the person has to be there for 15 seconds before it plays a recording.

  5. My first one lasted about 4 months. Eufy sent me a new one but it takes videos of passing cars even though it’s set to human detection only. It also takes videos and says package delivered or package picked up when there is no package and noone there to be detected. Now this one won’t stay attached to it’s base at the top. I’m calling them junk.

  6. What is the Voltage required to run the hardwired version of the Eufy S330 or the E340. I checked my doorbell connection and I have 19 volts AC. Which one is better, the S330 or the E340 and which one is newer? I am new to this and I am looking for a home security camera system.

  7. I do not recommend this doorbell camera. It does not have vehicle detection and I am getting hundreds of unnecessary video recordings per day because of the terrible AI ability. No vehicle detection. Eufy does not seem to care about Quality. Hundreds of unnecessary video recordings per day because of no vehicle detection and poor system functionality is not Quality. Do not buy. 👎👎👎👎👎

  8. Also bad security on the camera as you see on this video. The camera can be stolen in a second by accessing the totally easily accessible removal hole clearly visible on top of the can. This is really dumb. Clearly Eufy doesn’t care about quality to the customer.

  9. Eufy’s wired doorbell cameras do not have vehicle detection so you get hundreds of unnecessary video recordings per hour since you have to make it extremely sensitive to be able to capture all vehicles approaching. Eufy should have fixed this along time ago but they haven’t??? Why??? They don’t seem to understand necessary technology or minimum required technology in almost 2026. Vehicle detection is a must. Proper AI is a must. Eufy is very primitive.
