Right now, millions of Iranians are fighting to have their voices heard.

Remember…
“Mind is like demon inside you,,it must be controlled to become unstoppable”…
Statement heard:
“The brain can change and improve through focus, habits, and practice.”
Tone of the speaker:
The speaker’s tone is calm, informative, and motivating.
Meaning of the statement:
The statement means that people are not stuck with the way they think or behave. Through effort and good habits, the brain can grow and improve.
Lesson learned from listening carefully:
I learned that change is possible if we stay focused and practice positive habits. This gives hope that we can become better versions of ourselves.

❤ thanks 👍
Hello. I would like to share my experience and ask a question, because I have been trying for a long time to understand what is happening to me.
When I go to sleep, I sometimes experience very strong emotions in my dreams. They are neither fear nor joy — something different, very intense and often anxiety-like. Because of this, I can almost wake up. At the same time, I am aware that I am sleeping: my mind understands that it is a dream, but the emotions feel completely real.
What is important is that later in real life I encounter situations that make me feel that I have already been in this place and have already experienced these emotions. When this happens, I have a clear sense of recognition — as if I had already gone through this experience in a dream, with the same emotional state.
I also experience a state right before falling asleep, when I can feel and see the very moment of entering sleep. If I don’t pay attention to it, I simply fall asleep. But if I focus on it, I begin to observe the process: with my eyes closed, I see my vision passing through something like fog or dense clouds, as if my eyes are “smoking.” I can observe this state and even slightly control the direction of my attention, but it lasts only about 20–30 seconds, after which I wake up.
I am very interested in understanding what kind of state this is and why it happens. I would appreciate any explanation or commentary.
My very messy notes :
Our minds and brain is the same basically
Nervous system :
Sensation : everything we feel consciously or unconsciously
Perception : we choose what we perceive, on which sensation we focus on or not
Thoughts : spontaneous/ we can also plan to think about something ( web browser)
Feelings
Behaviors
Our internal space ( our body ) is always trying to regulate itself to match to the environment
Focus is key
Not attach ourselves to external rewards
We modify our brain with discomfort, who will propulse us into action
If you want to change start the orther way around : behavior, thoughts, feelings, perceptions, sensations
transform big goals into little milestone leading you to the big goal
-> panoramic vision versus portrait,
Panoramic vision : de-focusing will help regulate/lower down your adrenaline
DPO : duration, path and income INSTEAD of motivation:
– Duration :set a time limit for the task
– Path : plan the different steps it’ll take
– Outcome : reward yourself ( mostly internally) every little goal that you’ve achieved
I can’t believe how simple you made this!
Here in 2026. Great convo.
Stuning conversation!!!!
My confusion is currently crying in the corner.
