  1. I was at a table, the pit boss chatted me up briefly, asked if I’d had a players card I’d like2 use. I looked at her an said, come on I just lost track of the count, then smiled. All said was ‘seriously”?

  2. So basically bet small bets if the odds are against you to make the count rolling, so you might be down with your “necessary losses” but once the count gets into your favour, though you still can lose, you bet higher knowing that you have higher chances of winning… also it is important to understand the card that the dealer has got vs your cards… you still need to play the game in it’s basic rules meaning, just because you know what the count is, it does not make your the good gambler since you still need to beat the dealer

  3. Counting cards is remarkably easy, even if you’re not a great numbers guy. Many people have a problem with the true count. They either don’t use the right number of decks left, or they are terrible at dividing when it’s not whole numbers.

  4. How do you know how many decks are being played to get the true count? Do you ask and doesn’t that automatically give you away? 4.5 decks you said so are just looking at it and can tell?
