I love the Estes method… They use it a lot. I find it very interesting!
@Lybra Sastar the Estes method is where they isolate their senses (vision, and hearing) while someone is asking questions to the spirits. They will hear the spirit responses through the headphones they are wearing. I’ve seen some very good Estes method sessions.
