Why It’s Almost Impossible to Run 100 Meters In 9 Seconds | WIRED
not almost its straight impossible
It’s not impossible
I’m 15 and run a 12.36
My Friend says he can do it on 9 flat but I never saw him
5:17
6.7 you say
It would actually be closer to 5:16
Similar facility in Greece?
WIRED sprinkling an “almost” just incase someone actually does run the 100m in under 9 seconds
Since they leave the blocks and have to get up to speed, is it possible to place some distance before the start and when they get up to speed they place a starting clock to officially start the race then see if they can put out any more speed? Clear as mud right? Sorry😊
Well people thought a 2 hr marathon was impossible
6…7????
Why Americans are not running a 100 ft dash?
That foot drag does nothing but increase the about of “drag” ur getting for your start. Colman was short and his legs are short also, his start need to be fast leg turn overs to compensate for the height disadvantage(most sprinter are 6’1)
The “science” behind this foot drag bs needs to literally be studied
A cheetah can
Almost.
They laugh everytime he leaves the blocks
What for anyhow
We might run 9 seconds flat if we have a super duper shoes that help propels more
It should be possible for Bolt to run 100m in 9 seconds in certain conditions
Now its 2025
No new WR in Short distance (100,200,400,800,1500) almost decade
