  1. Bit of graft that mate when you could’ve used some doorbell wire @12v and run it under the floor. I’ve never seen someone rip a ceiling down for a doorbell. Jesus Christ.

  2. You certainly made a meal and a pizza out of that. I’ve mine wired on an appropriate transformer bought from Amazon’s site. 16.99 it’s been going well now for 5 years.

  3. sorry mate, you made it look a little bit harder than it was. I’m not Electrician and I did it and it works fine and you don’t see any wise. The ring doorbell can just be plugged in to the normal system as for cameras well that’s entirely up to you. How you wire them where you place them? Ring has had a plug-in version of its doorbell for sometime.

  4. WARNING! The new generation of RING doorbells require 27A @ 230v to operate! 😮😂. BELL-WIRE is called bell-wire for a reason… it’s used for doorbells! 😂😂. Nice bit of oak though, although it’s worth more than the RING doorbell at today’s prices!
